AGM president selection.

The November meeting focussed on the Annual General Meeting and the election of the President and her committee. It’s hard to believe that it’s been a year since Emma Blumlein took over as President and following a successful first year at the helm she was re-elected unanimously. The majority of the Committee also remained the same – Sally Tinson continued as Secretary, Hannah Raishbrook as Treasurer and Andrea Elstob, Clair Hyde and Jane Peel are continuing on the general Committee. Heather West decided it was time to step down from the Committee and she was thanked for all her support over the last couple of years. With the main business completed including the usual flower of the month award presented, members enjoyed light refreshments before settling down for a couple of games of Bingo and a raffle to finish the evening off! Lots of fun was had by all with some lovely prizes won!
