Fuss Free Canapes

Our February meeting was a cookery demonstration by Debbie Towson who showed us how to make two really interesting canapes. Whilst being very entertaining with anecdotes she also gave us lots of tips and ideas from grating hard boiled eggs to using compressed bread instead of pastry. Being an experienced cook she was able to advise us on short cuts like freezing things at different stages to make less work on the day to spotting left overs with potential for becoming tasty canapes for a party! At the end of the demonstration there were delicious tasters for everyone and recipes for us to take away and try ourselves.

Helen and Arabella provided a tasty range of refreshments to add to the canapes and the raffle and flower of the month followed.
